How to read a business book

A guide to reading a book... surely its not that difficult? Reading is easy; remembering is the hard part (Well, applying the lessons is the real hard part but lets not get too picky). Brendon from Slacker Manager provides some quality tips for getting the most out of your books. I usually read a good book 2 or 3 times to let everything sink in but I will try this approach from now on. Even though I hate scribbling in books!
