More on reading a business book - this time without the training wheels

How-to guides on business books seem quite prevalent at the moment. This is all good info to digest as I find it quite challenging to really learn from a book as opposed to just reading it. It sure helps when you remember a book the first time around rather than having to read it 2 or 3 times (which is my current approach). Read smarter, not harder ;)
